First public build of the local-first capture flow.

• Capture: visible area, selected region, full page, single element, and delayed capture, all with keyboard shortcuts.
• Editor: arrows, boxes, blur, numbered steps, crop, undo/redo, and save back to history.
• Library: grid, search, folders, and storage cleanup — everything in on-device IndexedDB.
• Recording: tab and screen capture with optional mic mixing, saved as MP4 when supported or WebM otherwise.
